The Caretakers daily responsibilities are:
. Litter picking
. Sweeping
. Mopping
. Change light bulbs(if needed)
. Unblock chutes(if necessary)
. Report any damage/service on the site
• Inspections are carried out once a month by the Contract Manager Peter Smith
Our bulk refuse service collects rubbish (with the exception of fly-tipping), within four working days. For additional information on Lewisham Council refuse service please contact 020 8314 6000.
If you believe there is an abandoned vehicle you can report this to Lewisham Council on 020 8314 7171 (Please note that if a vehicle has a valid road tax disc on display it is not considered to be abandoned)
