Estate Inspections 2026

We carry out regular estate inspections to ensure your neighbourhood is well maintained.

Inspections include staff from Lewisham Council, Regenter, Pinnacle and Rydon, and residents are very welcome to join us. Find your address below for the dates of your next inspections:

Patch 1: Cherry Tree House, Foster House, Hawthorn House, Alban House, Birch House, Yew House, Columba House & 158 Lewisham Way: 7th January, 25th March, 3rd June, 19th August, 4th November. Meet at Cherry Tree Hse 19-24 entrance at 10am.
Patch 2: Nuding Close, Shell Road, Ermine Road (63-65) (93-131) & Somerset Gardens: 14th January, 1st April, 10th June, 26th August, 11th November. Meet at Nuding Close 1-29 entrance at 10am.
Patch 3: Wadcroft Court, Geoffrey Court, Erica House, St Peters Court, Colin Blanchard House, Alder House & Lilac House: 21st January, 8th April, 17th June, 2nd September, 18th November. Meet at Wadcroft Court Entrance at 10am.
Patch 4: Viney Road, Brookbank Road, Algernon Road & Embleton Road: 28th January, 15th April, 24th June, 9th September, 25th November. Meet at Viney Road 1-11 entrance at 10am.
Patch 5: Almond House, Oak House, Elm House, Vulcan Terrace, Myatt Court, Laburnham House: 4th February, 22nd April, 1st July, 16th September, 2nd December. Meet at Almond House entrance at 10am.
Patch 6: Greatfield Close, Eastern Road & Tyrwhitt Road, Garages Crescent Way: 11th February, 29th April, 8th July, 23rd September, 9th December. Meet at Greatfield Close entrance at 10am.
Patch 7: Bede House, Asaph House, Edmund House, Andrew House, Aldham House, Dunstan House, Augustin House & David House: 18th February, 6th May, 15th July, 30th September, 16th December. Meet at Bede House entrance at 10am.
Patch 8: Adelaide Avenue, Ivy Road, Comerford Road, Brockley Road, Whitbread Road, Garages Braxfield Road: 25th February, 13th May, 22nd July, 7th October, 23rd December. Meet at Adelaide Avenue 1-39 entrance at 10am.
Patch 9: Jasmine House, Syringa House, Veronica House, May Tree House, Ash Tree House, Lime Tree House, Hazel House, Walter Taylor Court & Acacia House: 4th March, 20th May, 29th July, 14th October, 30th December. Meet at Jasmine House entrance at 10am.
Patch 10: Dressington Avenue, Foxborough Gardens & Rushey Mead: 11th March, 27th May, 5th August, 21st October, 6th January 2027. Meet at Rushey Mead 4-6 entrance at 10am.
