Lewisham Housing Staff Code of Conduct Consultation
Lewisham Council is developing a new Code of Conduct for staff in the Housing Service. We want to hear from residents of Regenter Brockley PFI, so that you can have your say ahead of the transfer of management to the Council in June 2027.
This Code of Conduct will guide how staff and service providers work with residents every day, so your experiences and expectations will directly influence standards of behaviour and accountability going forward.
There are two online workshops where you can share your views and help shape the Code of Conduct from the very beginning.
At the first workshop, we want to listen. We would like to hear what you think good conduct should look like when staff work with residents, and what really matters to you. Your feedback will help shape the focus of the Code, building on the council’s values of Ambitious, Inclusive, Collaborative, Accountable and Trustworthy.
After this session, we will develop an early draft Code of Conduct based on what you tell us. At the second workshop, you can review and comment on this draft.
First workshop: Thursday 14 May, 6:30-8:00pm
Second workshop: Wednesday 3 June, 6:30-8:00pm
You don’t need to register – just follow the links above at the time of the meetings to join, or join via Microsoft Teams using Meeting ID: 392 515 149 838 34 and Passcode: Rs7q8h4w.
We strongly encourage you to take part. This is a real opportunity to influence how housing services are delivered and to help set the standards you expect and deserve.
