Leaseholder Direct Debit Payments
As you know the contract issued to Regenter B3, on the management of your property, via Pinnacle and Rydon, on behalf of your freeholder who are LB Lewisham, ends on 2nd June 2027.
To align many of the processes and services with LB Lewisham, we pleased to offer Direct Debits as a payment option, as this is a preferred payment method of LBL.
You can now pay your annual service charges and major works charges by Direct Debit.
You may find this more convenient and save you time as you will not need to renew your payment plan with us each year. If you choose to pay by direct debit, we will automatically reprofile your annual service charge payment each year and advise you of your new monthly payments.
The Direct Debit option also allows you longer to pay your annual service charges. You can pay by twelve monthly installments from April to March each year unlike the other payment methods where you have the option to pay over ten months between May and February.
Payments are taken from your chosen bank account on the 5th of each month if you choose to pay by Direct Debit.

· A secure way to pay: Direct Debit is a trusted payment method used across the UK, and your bank details are protected.

Please note, if you choose to pay an existing major works bill by Direct Debit, the payments will be profiled over the remaining term of the agreement you have in place.
